  17. I called Micropolis yesterday and told them about the heat problem. He said
  18. I should send the drive back to them and they would swap it with a
  19. different on.  This process would take a minimum of 25 days.  If I wanted
  20. to get it quicker (like tomorrow) they would send out a new drive today,
  21. charge my credit card and refund the charge when I send back the old drive.
  22. Quite resonable, only they are charging me $50 for this service.  It does
  23. include the FedEx shipping both ways. Let's see if I get the drive today
  24. and if it solves the problem.
